basic stay with some issues
smoke smellunavailable parking
The room smelled strongly of stale smoke and needed airing out. the walls had several marks and scuffs, giving it a tired look. also, the promised parking space was unavailable upon arrival, forcing me to find street parking some distance away. This was a major inconvenience. i also found hairs in the shower which was pretty disgusting.

i appreciated the easy self-check-in process using the provided codes, it was really straightforward. the location was a short walk to the tower and the beach. tony was very kind and gave us a discount because we extended our stay.
I missed having a kettle in the room. hot water was available downstairs. it was not very hot.

The room included a comfortable bed, a desk, and plenty of storage space. It, not just a room. the shower worked very well. the room was quiet, situated at the back of the hotel.

although there were no staff on site, they were very helpful. i was impressed with the convenience and simplicity of the self-check-in. you can enter using a keypad for both the front door and the room door.

The hot water machine downstairs was convenient. there was a tea tray provided. I bought extra supplies because i stayed for a week from a nearby store. the coffee room offered free drinks between 7am and 10pm.

I found great communication with Jessie at reception. She arranged for me to stay in the same room when I extended my stay. The housekeeper brought extra fresh towels without me asking. The location is good as the central beach is a five minute walk.
the walls are thin and I could hear everything the person next door was doing.

the host is friendly and provides great communication. i received quick replies when i needed to add extra nights. the staff arranged for me to stay in the same room, so I did not have to check out and in again.

I found the self-check-in process very easy, thanks to clear instructions for the keypad entry to both the front door and my room. The room was neat and included an ensuite bathroom plus a smart tv, offering access to streaming services. There was a coffee room available with complimentary drinks from morning until late. I thought the door keypad system was great as it gave you a feeling of safety.
I found that the walls are very thin, and i could hear everything the person next door was doing. The room is rather basic with a double bed and a set of drawers. A random mirror is over the bed, it is not very useful there. I think the mirror could be better placed for makeup application.
